  3.    In the downloaded zip file you should have found this file and an .exe file. 
  4.    Double click the .exe file to start installation. 
  5.    This program is written in Microsoft Visual Basic 6. There's a good chance
  6. that there are no VB6 programs currently on your computer. If that's the case 
  7. then Setup will say it needs to update your system and reboot, in order to
  8. install the necessary Windows files for VB6 programs. After reboot it may
  9. not pick up where it left off with the installation. If not then just double click
  10. the .exe file again.

  14.   These downloads are relatively large because they contain all necessary
  15. dependent files, to accomodate any Win95 or 98 setup.
  16.   Once you have the VB6 runtime files on your computer you can download
  17. the 'light' version of other Joe'Software programs.
